Care and Maintenance

Taking care of your knife is crucial for its longevity.

 

If your blade is made of carbon steel, make sure to wash and dry it immediately after use. Apply a light coating of oil, and if it's a used for food preparation, use food-safe oil like mineral oil.

 

For stainless steel blades, handwash and dry them.

 

Remember, never put your knives in the dishwasher.
