John Curran
John is passionate about quality. For over 20 years he has been honing his skills to craft the best knife on the planet. He and his wife Lindsey's dates are concerts and knife shows. It's that serious.
Every knife in this shop came off one grinder, from one pair of hands. No production line, outsourced handles or shortcuts on heat treat.
John Curran has been building blades since 2006. Each knife takes 18–40 hours to complete. The steel is sourced direct. The handles take shape in John's mind. The edge is set and tested before the blade ever gets photographed.
If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't ship. That's the whole policy.
